Do you have any stock picks?
Whoever plays the Chiefs in the playoffs had better make sure to dress the part.
They need to wear 7th cavalry uniforms.
If they don't win the Super Bowl, I'll be stunned.
If the Chiefs win this game, they will have won something like 22 out of the last 23 games. But the AFC is stacked with hot teams. I think the Browns and Bills have a shot. TN is a tough playoff matchup for anyone with Henry running like a bull. The Steelers are in a funk but their D is tough. It reminds me of last year when the Ravens went into the playoffs as the unbeatable team.
My take:
Chiefs seem to have the magic to win, they pull out wins when they should not but they are doing it with skill, talent and a gameplan. They are going to be hard to beat. Bills may give them a run, maybe. Steelers..........where do you start, they are in a bad place at the wrong time of the season. They have a lot of talent on both sides of the ball but right now the execution is very suspect and sometimes not present at all. Cases in point - they screwed around against the Redskins and lost in the end, plenty of chances to run away and seal that game, they didn't. Ok, there they got shocked, it happens. Next week - Bills - they played good football for about 23 minutes, then they disappeared and looked irrelevant the rest of the game and got beat easily. That is not a championship football team. They need to tune up against Cincy then finish strong to have any chance and I don't mean wins, i mean they need to go back to mistake free execution to have any chance in the playoffs.
NFC - Green Bay is good, will have to see how they hold up. Rams have a good D but they have issues in Goff. Who knows, its a whacky year.

this is a weird game tonight....
like "Bizzaro World"...
maybe Ben will snap out of it in the second half...
but they don't look like the same team that was...
right now 5-13 for -2 yards...
26 yards on the ground with 4 minutes left in the half...
they won their first 11 now...
now lost 2 in a row...
and behind by 17 now...
the line was Pitt -14 1/2...
what's going on????
I have heard the comments on dropped balls more than once...
but no worries...
the world has been corrected...^&grin
Tomlin must have figured something out...
or else motivated them in the locker room...
Tomlin is Hall of Fame coach and a great motivator but even his resume can’t seem to overcome 2020.
The Steelers haven’t been the same since their schedule was turned upside down by the Ravens’ COVID issues.

Goff reminds me of former NE Patriots QB Tony Eason; out of Illinois, he was an up and comer, cool as ice, guided the Patriots to a Super Bowl vs the Bears..................and then he fell off a cliff...........that game wrecked him, sometimes the moment is too big for a QB..................I hope Goff does not bottom out, but he's clearly not the same QB now as he was before that game vs the Patriots, some QB's like that Stooge Foles play out of their mind/way above their pay grade, others get intimidated by the spotlight and fizzle out............we'll see.
Lot of truth to this these statements. It is just turning into as George puts it a dumpster fire. They are snakebit and can't seem to fix it consistently and now it is affecting Ben. As I said, if I am a betting man, the receiver corps will be different next year. My prediciton - Connor (RB) cut, JuJu (WR) cut (unless he is still under contract which I have to look), James Washington (WR) cut, Eric Ebron (TE) cut, he has been a disaster on key drops. That is a lot of underperforming talent I just mentioned. I would not be surprised if they don't win again this year.

Goff has badly regressed. I remember that MNF game a couple years ago and the shootout with the Chiefs where Goff was throwing lasers to his receivers fifty years down field and winning that shootout with Mahomes. He looked like a world beater. Just a few weeks later the Bears shut him down and he has never been the same. The Rams O-line hasn't helped. They are awful. They have no run game. The D and a few skill players make them competitive but not a championship caliber team.
I have to wonder sometimes if situations like this are due to coaching, not sure who the QB coach/OC is, but I was under the assumption their head coach is a very good offensive mind, I'll defer to you on that one.
Look at the Jets coach; he supposedly is very good with QBs, yet Tannehill was a disaster in Miami, he leaves and goes to Tennessee and wins the job/forces Mariotta out and now he's led the Titans to back to back playoff appearances, also look as how badly Darnold has been, he was supposedly the next big thing, he's a hot mess................................Wentz was great in Philly, got hurt and hasn't been the same, he's out now and Hurts is their QB ,what a disaster that contract was.
Well the thing is the Steelers have an incredible knack to find and develop WR's, the list is pretty long, whoever their scout is deserves a raise.
Ben said he wants to come back next year, we'll see how the Steelers feel about that.

I know Tennessee is a good but I had no idea that they lead the league in total offensive points with 436, the catch in that stat is that Kansas City is second with 435 and Green Bay is third with 434.
