Meanwhile Belichick just keeps getting more and more film to study.
The Patriots will beat the Ravens in a playoff rematch.
SET THE EDGE vs this guy like the Steelers did first time around, pressure him up the middle like the Steelers did first time around and force him to throw downfield like the Steelers did first time around=three INT's.
I think the 49ers are 20th against the run and they had huge problems against Murray of the Cardinals and Wilson of the Seahawks. Jackson is a whole another dimension. They were able to contain Rodgers and should be able to contain Breeze. They will have their work cut out for them with Jackson. Who knew he would be this good?
And unfortunately, he still beat us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He did shred the Rams, I have not seen a whupping like that since Genghis Khan's Mongol Horde, he torched them and never took his foot off the gas. Of course, I am sure Coach Hardass had something to do with that, Lamar knew the Rams quit early and at one point for the five mins I watched, I think he was actually dancing outside the huddle while awaiting the call from the sidelines. Literally dancing, forget "Mr. Cool" Flacco, this guy literally seems at ease on the field this year, he is the real deal Mr. Cool. Of course, I can't fully judge him on his performance against the homeless wayward Rams, they are bad and lost as a football team. Rams have way too much talent to perform like that, it was U G L Y definitely without an alibi!

The Ravens are the real deal. One of only two good teams in the entire AFC. As a Steelers fan, I would be more worried more about "hair" Rudolph and whatever no name the weak Steelers are starting at QB this week. A pathetic situation. Maybe they will replay some of those Super Bowls from decades ago to make their fans feel better while the Ravens and Pats play on this year. Btw; Garrett sends his regards from Cancun. He says you can stop worrying about him. His money and models are keeping up his spirits.
Guys, let’s be mellow on the day after Thanksgiving. Live and let live brothers ^&cool
Doug,
Keep living in your fantasy. The Steelers will be just fine, I have no problem trading in a season here and there, as long as I have been alive, they have been in the elite. The Franchise is still the same Franchise - CLASS personified and WINNERS. Stats don't lie my friend and the Rams are not there. Implosion with a lot of talent on the field. The Steelers Defense beat them single handedly and the Ravens annihilated them. Talk about embarrassments, that was one. I have had zero expectations for the Steelers this year from the get go, but a few of the wins have been Sweet.
So, you keep worrying about all else that ails you, I will keep worrying about myself and why you keep bringing up Garret I have no idea. He's gone in case you haven't heard. As I said before Justice was served, for once I think the NFL acted appropriately and completely removed a nutcase from the field. His actions were uncalled for in ANY case and the NFL and the rest of the sports world obviously agreed. Maybe if you are still so insulted, you should take it up with the NFL, I am sure they will take your opinion and review it in high regard..........
SO, again, please feel free to continue to attack the Steelers if it makes up or makes you feel better. The cream always rises to the top and the Steelers longevity is a testament to their ownership, fan base and the organization. I don't see that disappearing anytime soon, they will always be competitive more than not.
And if you are looking for something to watch as you like to keep bringing up the 70s teams - check out Super Bowl XIV - January 20, 1980, highly entertaining way to pass the time.
Happy Holidays

Star Wars might have been a good movie back in the 70s but most have moved on. I'll skip the field trip down memory lane to visit the "immaculate reception" ball (another blown call). It's over. No one can compare the shambles of this current Steelers team to any of those great Steeler teams from decades ago. That is just a fantasy. The Steelers are not relevant even in a two team AFC. I give Tomlin some credit for benching "the hair" though. In the meantime, the Rams are moving to a multi-billion dollar stadium paid for by their owner instead of the tax payers. That is the future. Maybe not this year or next, but LA is the future.
In the past week or so I have watched 7 NFL games. The only one, win or lose, that had an interview at the end of the game with the owner was the Cowboys.
As long as Jones continues to "run" that franchise the Cowboys will not win a Super Bowl.
I cheered so loudly when Lamar fumbled!
