I can't remember the last time I've been this excited about mens Maryland basketball!!, it's been awhile since the Terps have been this good, yea a couple shaky games here and there but every team in the top 10 have had some of those, if they can play to their strengths come March Madness they should be a no. 1 seed and hopefully a shot for all the marbles!!!...Sammy

The Terps looked like the team that belongs in the Top 5 yesterday. They have showed flashes of it this season but the game yesterday was a full-blown coming out for them. The Terps were so dominant that they called the dogs off with something like 10 minutes left in the game, subbing freely and using everyone on the bench, some for long stretches. I think the Terp lead got to 44/45 points before the subbing began. It was a really impressive effort against a good OSU team that had beaten the Terps badly before this season. Good to see the Terps able to score even when Trimble wasn't, in the 1st half. Terps now have 5 men averaging points in double figures. I only hope this game is a catalyst for further overpowering play by this team. They still need to cut down on the turnovers.:rolleyes2: -- Al

Pete, the Terps are a little frustrating to watch. Still too many turnovers and still inconsistent. I was hoping the OSU game was the start of something, but so far... -- Al

Tough game, tough loss for NW. NW won the game on the boards and forced a lot of UMd turnovers, but they lost at the freethrow line by not hitting them. UMd only had 4 offensive rebounds and thus had 16 fewer shots. UMd got lucky and Trimble helped save their butts again. -- Al

A tough win, but a win is a win, not all gonna be 35 point wins but after the Ohio St. game was thinking this was going to be cake tonite....wrong!!! good job Pete to your boys at NW, just glad me Turtles had a little left in the over time tank to night...Sammy

Terps seem to struggle to get into a good rhythm every game. It just takes them forever to get going and as a result, they always are in close games. -- Al

Playing VERY uninspired ball and, once again, getting creamed on the boards. We can't buy offensive rebounds. I just don't know why this team continues to struggle with the same issues game after game. -- Al
