Without HFA, they're not going to the Super Bowl, another trip to Denver for the AFCCG would be my worst nightmare scenario coming true, Kansas City would be a close second, they'd have no shot in either scenario.

yea...if Von Miller and Ware play like they are playing tonight...it puts a ton of pressure on the QB...

sure am glad Dallas traded Ware...:mad::mad:

we didn't need a premium pass rusher...

great move by Dallas...^&confuse^&confuse^&confuse

Can't believe how little the Chiefs have had the ball. Anderson, for the Broncos, has 24 carries, while KC has a total of 22 plays (not including punts). Time of possession is 32 to 13, Denver. You can't score if you can't get the ball. Plus, KC has 66 net yards into the 4th quarter. :rolleyes2: -- Al

Mike, Hopefully Dallas can secure a Win against Chicago next week to stay healthy in the playoff battle.

For some pathetic reason, I'm watching the Dolphins/Jets MNF game; the Dolphins and Jets have gone from Griese and Namath to Flotsam and Jetsam.

You're taking pity on Jets fans, that's why :redface2:

Gruden is so funny...

he said...

"NY is doing everything they can to lose this game"...

And as for the 2014 Ravens the hits just keep coming:mad::mad:

1. Ray Rice and the elavator video that just started 2014 for the Ravens in a bad light and is still hanging over thier heads.

2. Ladarus Webb gets hurt 2nd day of practice back in July and is still struggling after some were picking him to be back at his pro-bowl form.....um...no, not even close, matter of fact he sucks right now, injury or not.

3. Ed Pitta leading the Ravens in catches after 3 weeks makes one turn up field and BAM!!!there goes another starter out and possibly his career due to the hip injury.

4. Jimmy Smith playing his best ball of his career hurts his foot...BAM!! another starter on defense gone, now Ravens are using 2nd, 3rd string defensive backs who put together can't stop a cold let alone any half way decent qb.

5. 3 games lost this year (Cinncy twice, Chargers) on drives against the Raven defense that could not stop those teams when they needed to the most, lost all 3 with less then a few minutes left in games, every year teams lose a heart breaker even two sometime, but three???? and the Ravens still have 4 to play!!!

6. and today the great news that Nagata gets a 4 game suspension:mad: must have been hanging out over Chris Davis and picked up the wrong drink, ahhh....so it goes in B-more this year, as I said in yesterdays baseball thread I need to give up sports all together for awhile...Sammy

"Tell me what this beastly drug is, hindering you from playing ball..............Qouth the Raven, Adderall."

Well, this explains why he played like a mental case out there.

I wouldn't worry too much there Sammy as the Ravens are at Miami, home to Jacksonville, at Houston and home to the Browns; they're currently 7-5, guaranteed they'll end up 10-6, maybe even 11-5.

Again; I want no part of them in the playoffs, as does any other fan base....................

Things have gone from bad to worse to a place that is hard to describe for Danny Snyder and his Washington Deadskins. He has been the owner for 16 years. It seems more like 16 centuries. An epic failure on every level. It just proves that the ability to make money does not require having intelligence, common sense, or anything of redeeming social merit. Rather often the opposite. What to do after the bottom drops out? No coach or player has been able to save this mess. Rather they become part of the disaster like passengers boarding the Titanic after it struck the iceberg. Dandy Dan is not smart enough to realize that he is the problem. The only move he has left is to fire himself.

Truer words were never spoken. Deadskins...my father first referred to them by this name in the 60's. He was not a fan. The days of George Allen and Joe Gibbs are LONG gone. :( -- Al

As much as I love Ware, I actually dont think it's turning into that bad of a move. I strongly questioned it along with the decision to draft a guard in the first round. I think both decisions appear to be brilliant at this point.

honestly...you're right...it really wasn't that bad of a move...

Ware had medical issues the entirety of last season...his production had dwindled as a "sacker" because they also had injuries to their only other pass rusher...Spencer...

so Ware was always double teamed and became less effective in statistical terms...

they saved a ton of money by trading him off...the money was needed to develop an offensive front to save Romo from becoming a cripple before the age of 40...and help develop a running game...which has worked out well...

I was being a little sarcastic and had a case of sour grapes when I posted that...I had just watched their game and noticed how ineffective their 4 man rush was...

as of now...Dallas still has no pass rush at all...they are probably close to the bottom in QB sacks/hurries/tipped passes...and I think that really hurts their secondary...

if Dallas can't beat Philly...at Philly next week...which I don't think they have much of a chance to do...they won't even get a Wild Card...

I don't expect them to beat Luck in Indy...but they should handle Washington...as they lost embarrassingly to them already...10-6 won't even be close in their division or the Wild Card race...

no playoffs again...at least we're not 8-8 again...

Mike:

It could be worse. You could have a mush mouthed quarterback who only gives one word answers to media questions because he does not know how to formulate complete sentences.

Jason...

okay...I'll bite...who is that?

and Tony only really talks much when he wins...^&grin

As fitting as it seems the AFC North I think will come down to the last week of the season and I think it will be either the Ravens or Steelers that will win it, Cinncy seems to have stuggled more recently and wouldn't be surprised if that tie costs them the North title, hoping the Falcons have some offense left this week at home against the Steelers and Johnny football shows Marvin Lewis and Cinncy what a midget can do!!!...Sammy
