NFL Season 2016-17 (2 Viewers)

I see the Falcons beating the Packers. Green Bay just has too many injuries on both sides of the ball, particularly its two top receivers and 4 top defensive backs. The Falcons should win a shootout 42-31. Take the over, as the offenses should dominate the defenses all day.

The Steelers Patriots game is too close to call. Both teams are very good teams coming off poor performances. Ordinarily I would just pick the home team, but, again I am concerned with injuries to the Patriots. If Gronkowski was healthy and the defense was healthy I would pick the Patriots, but as things stand, I'm taking the under.

Honestly, I have no idea what to expect. The Steelers have had streaks of consistency and inconsistency, each week is always an adventure. I just think it is extremely hard to beat Tom Brady and the Pats at home, if ever there was a mountain, that is one that is a hard climb. We will have to be mistake free and sting Brady very early to have a shot. If you can't pressure or hit him, he picks you apart, our secondary can't cover for more than 3 -4 secs max. I guess, end of day, having a team in it makes it exciting, but it is a bitter pill for whoever loses to get this far. As George said, the sun will come up one way or the other on Monday!

They are calling for two days of rain here, so the sun will come up, but I won't see it until Wednesday.

Tom my Steeler fan friend; to you AND ONLY YOU...................good luck tomorrow.......................:wink2:

There is a disturbance in the force :) I originally picked the Steelers to win the AFC Championship weeks ago but having a change of heart in the last hours, I was just not impressed with the way the Steelers played last week, then the off field stuff with the LB coach/Tomlin/A. Brown and the live feed video stuff, at this rate I think the Pats win this game in the 4th. quarter

Still picking the Pack to win the NFC as it just seems that the Packers have found some magical water and are riding high all the way to the Superbowl.

I looked at the Packers injury report and Adams and Allison haven't practiced in the last two days. Same with Nelson. They will all be game time decisions. If this was the regular season, none of them would be playing. It will be hard for the Packers to win without two of those three.

My spidey sense is tingling: Falcons blowout the Pack today and put to bed Rodgers aura of invincibility

this is not the same Packer team that went to Dallas last week...

a fumble in the red zone and a medium range field goal missed...

shut out so far in the first half...

My hat's off to the Falcons . . . . the Packers just didn't do well . . . . The best team did win . . . .

The GB secondary was not up to the task of handling the Falcons passing, especially the left side of the GB secondary which was constantly leaving receivers wide open. Add a few bad plays/missed scoring opportunities by GB and it was really over at half-time

Wow!!!just got home, never saw that coming{eek3}{eek3} the Falcons destroy the Pack, maybe Matty Ice will finally get his Superbowl trophy?

The GB defense wasn't up to the task of containing them. Moreover, when you play on the road you need to score first and fast. That didn't happen today and it cost them.

The New England vs Pittsburgh game is currently NE 17 - Pitt 6 in the 2nd quarter. I think Atlanta vs NE will be our Superbowl game....won and done.

Steelers blew this game in the first half by not scoring from the foot line. Downhill from there and now out of reach.

Tom...

it's gonna be very tough to comeback in this game...but you had a good season...

I didn't understand the Brady fumble and what the referees referred to as "a clear Pittsburgh recovery" early in the 3rd quarter...

what happened on that?

New England and Atlanta should make a high scoring game...

I bet the o/u will be over 60 points for sure...

maybe 65...

congrats George...Rutledge...

if...Dallas had gotten by Green Bay...

Atlanta would have torched them...
