That is a really great dio, Michael. Very atmospheric with the boats and that wonderful backdrop. -- Al

Lovely diorama Michael {bravo}}

Cheers

Michael,

I can't tell where your creation ends and the back drop begins. Very well done. It's
a busy scene.

A great addition to your very nice looking Ranger diorama Michael. Thnaks for sharing it with us . . . .
:smile2: Mike

Another fantastic setup! Wouldn't mind having this in my office :tongue:

Mike,

Thats one nice diorama of Rangers there!

I just picked up the Captain & his Sgt. too. Nice set, though it seems light in weight as I took it out of the box or is it just me? I was starting to go through withdraws w/ not getting any FIW lately &/or any FIW not coming out each month. I hope John starts up w/ some new FIW figures in the near future & get back to the 18th century for a while. How about you or anyone else have the same idea?

thank all you guys for the nice comments...definitely appreciated...^&grin...

Glenn...the Ranger and wolf are metal...the weight is there on them...they seem okay to me...

the satchels and barrel that he sits on are made of resin...so it's pretty light...

I agree...I look every month for FIW releases in the new release statement...as John expands to different ranges...they are not as plentiful as they had been when I first started collecting JJD...I keep hoping...there was mention of more Rangers and Indians...but the new 7 Years War may detract from their coming out soon...it's a good time for plane collectors...hahaha...keep your fingers crossed...at least my monthly bill has dropped considerably...

Very nice Mike.I know your happy with Stark and Beaubien.If it wasn't for you John probably would have never made them.

I do not collect this series, but if I did, I would like to be able to display exactly as you have Mike. Rich in colour and depth in the diorama, supported by a wonderful scenic backdrop and great terrain. Does not get any better than this, well done to John also who makes this possible. Cheers, Robin.

I will just echo what others have said. This is one amazing diorama that really captures the theme. I know I would feel proud to have this displayed in my office.
