I've been after this one for a long time. I had a chance at one about four years ago but dropped the ball and selected a different figure over it- mistake. The hunt is now over. King Philip II of Spain (among many other king and countships) by Nevskaya Miniatura.

I picked this up when I was in Texas for the San Antonio show. I am absolutely in love with it.
It is a diorama of Henry VIII (and based on Henry's appearance, we assume it's Jane Seymour). The figures are from Aeroart and the diorama was made by Vitaly Puzenko - who I consider to be one of the best!

I saw this firsthand...
it was an outstanding piece!
even Zach's professional style pictures don't do it justice!
it was special!

I did the same thing, looked up the man and all his accomplishments and was shocked by how he went out and with no hesitation apparently! I just didn't know what to make of that!

This is as good as it gets! This is without a doubt the best elephant blanket I have ever seen. The skill level of Olga is mind boggling. No one does detail like she does. Just think of the endless hours it must have taken to paint this. It would be the centerpiece of any collection. Congratulations on being the one to get this absolute masterpiece. I like it even more than the first one she painted for the expo. It's otherworldly really in that it's hard to believe it was created by human hands! Thank you for the amazing images showcasing it's sheer brilliance. When I saw she was selling this direct I was wondering who was going to be the lucky one to get it. I should have known! :salute::

My understanding is that Thailand used to be Siam and Myanmar used to be Burma.
