I just heard the terrible news! I`m absolutely heart broken to hear this. Shannon has always been a wonderful friend ,and was a major supporter for me during my wife`s cancer struggle. My sincerest condolences pete to you and your family.

This is terrible news i can't believe this. Shannon is a tower of strength and i know she will keep fighting. She has always been so positive and focussed on her fight with cancer and still found the energy to do all she has done for this hobby.

Shannon was so supportive to me in forum matters but more importantly when my wife was ill and ill never forget her this and the pleasure i had in meeting her.

Myself and Ness send Shannon , Pete and family nothing but best wishes and our support right now.

Rob

My thoughts and prayers go out to Shannon and her family at this very sad time.

Pete, I am deeply saddened that Shannon is now losing her battle with cancer, I thought (and hoped) she had been one of the fortunate few to defeat that terrible disease.

Dear Shannon,
So sorry to here this, we met only one time on the London toy Soldier show some Years ago, but I still remember your kindness and gentleness.

Many, many thanks for all you have done and the forum is doing for the community of all the collectors around the world.
Your forum is a milestone for connecting all the collctors.
I am
For you and your family my best wishes from Germany

Such dreadful news and my heart felt thoughts and prayers are with Peter and Shannon. Such a lovely, thoughtful lady that I only met once some years ago at the London show but still remember our interesting and amusing conversation-God bless you both.

Well, it's been a short while since I have visited "The Forum"... It's a lazy Sunday morning and figured I'd enlighten myself to what's new in the Toy Soldier World and this is my place of choice to do just that.

I am terribly saddened to hear of this news. I have met Shannon and Pete a few times many years ago in Chicago at the OTSN. They were very enthusiastic and major contributors of the hobby in the last 10 years. As a customer, I was always treated with the utmost care by the Treefrog team. Bravo Shannon for putting together such a great team and driving this hobby to new heights! God bless you.

Shannon and Pete you are in our prayers

Shannon and family although I've never met or interacted with you I'd like to thank you so much for being so instrumental in bringing this little hobby back into my life and for rekindling fond memories of my childhood. Your Treefrog business and the resulting online forum creation has brought me hundreds of hours of enjoyment so from the bottom of my heart, God Bless you and thanks. My thoughts and prayers are with you all in your time of need.

This is terrible news and deeply saddens me.

Treefrog has played a major role in the creation of my collection going back to the Honour Bound days and in providing a forum to interact with fellow collectors and develop the art of miniature photography. I had the pleasure of meeting Shannon the one year I attended the Chicago show. Her contribution to the hobby is immense.

There is little I can add to what has been said already. You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

This is very sad news, my thoughts and prayers are with Pete and the rest of the Treefrog family during this most difficult time.

I haven't been around much lately but got these really sad news through the Rivet. It was quite a shock when reading it. I really felt I had to come here and say something, but really feel wordless, powerless...
Shannon and Pete have built this forum and have always striked me as very nice people. This forum (and the Treefrog site) have been invaluable resources for me, really helped me with my collecting through the years (10, have really 10 years gone by?). I would like to say thank you and to say, rather clumsily at that, that I hope the Reuss family to deal with this difficult moment the best way they can.
