Blimey Martyn! Is there no end to your collection? Over the last year it has been very interesting watching you reveal set after set from your Trophy collection, most of which I have never seen before. These latest are no exception – they’re great, just great :)

It would be possibly the photo of the year if ALL your Trophy figures could be laid out together  - if such a large enough space exists? ;)

That's a "Triple-Dog Dare", by the way, Martyn...As we used to say, you don't have hair one on your *** if you don't try!
Mike

PS- Love the lovelies!

I have asked to see them all together at once.........I bet it would be impressive.

Well now I'm hooked Martyn. Just finished reading parts 1 and 2. Great story line and an awesome display of your collection. Looking forward to more of your story and pictures.

Mike

I miss readubg the forum for oneday and looks what happens, Martyn starts a great story with his figures. Excellent job. I am anxiously waiting for Part III.

If I could get to the other side of the pond, I would gladly volunteer to help set up all your Trophy figures and I promise none would stick to my fingers.;)

Glad you like the pictures Brian and Mike, it would be great if there was a happy ending to the story but I fear that will not be the case;)

Martyn

Excellent! and finally a linked continuum of a story. And what a story to tell.

It has always surprised me that with all of your's, Joe's and Mike's fantastic AZW collections you have never got it together or individually depicted a continuing theme of real incidents of what happened out there. Sure we have had a multitude of brilliant single vignettes from you all but never an episodic theme-until now.

Stunning shots and set-ups. More please.

Morning Bob,

It's food for thought Bob on a get together but if you go back to the begining of this thread although limited to the only cetain events that took place at Isandlwana not with so many words but with photos it lead to Rorke's Drift in the same manner providing highlights of the events that took place at the Mission Station using the photos to tell the story more so than words. It's nice to see Martyn bring it to another level with key events not only with word but with a batch of great photos and looking forward seeing what else he has in store for us....Joe

Hello Martyn,

Thanks very much for posting these great images of Part I and II.

The depth of your Trophy AZW collection is just awesome.

I eagerly await Part III.....

Cheers, Raymond.

:)

I am very pleased that you are enjoying the series of pictures. Many thanks Reb, Joe and Raymond

Here is a taster before part 4, the final part

TRYING TO SAVE THE GUN pt3

It is soon over and the victorious Zulu proceed to take their spoils of war to the Kings Kraal at Ulundi

Nicer taster or should I say tease Martyn and can't wait to see part 4.

Lock up your Trophy Sudan figures Martyn, Jeff is on his way over :D :D

P.S. Jeff grab me a gun horse set when Martyn isn't looking :D

:D:D:D.....Actually they would be pretty safe even though they are rather impressive, as I don’t collect gloss figures. ;)

Jeff
