Things that annoy me (3 Viewers)

I'm probably repeating myself, but, people who drive slow in the passing lane. Especially the sh-theads who don't get the hint when you pass them on the right. When a lot of drivers pass them on the right.

People who don't pay attention at stop signs or red lights, and don't go when they should. Though there is one mitigation for this, that their vehicles have an idle stop, to save the planet. If it's engaged, it will take a couple seconds for the vehicle to move. I turn mine off.

People who edge forward a couple of times at a red light, then sit when it turns green.

People who pull into the middle of the intersection on a green, as opposing traffic goes through. Where you going when the fire truck comes roaring through, bright boy?

People who don't know how to use a traffic circle. You voted for the idiots who approved 'em, but you don't know how to use 'em? Great. This is why democracy does not work.

People who don't pull over into an empty left lane, to let someone merge from an onramp. Thanks, a$$h0le!

These are all spot on.

Whoever the ****** is who invented idle stop should be fired.......into the sun.

You're not saving **** and it's annoying as Hell when I forget to shut it off; matter of fact, automobiles should come with that feature in the OFF position, you have to turn it ON to use it instead of constantly having to shut it off.

And ditto on the clueless stooges who sit in the left lane and car after car passes them on the right, you'd think they'd take a hint and move over, but nope, they just sit in that lane..............usually with their left blinker on the entire time.

And "rotaries" as we call them here in MA; mother of God, learn the rules of the road, the person on the rotary has the right of way, which makes sense, but tell that to the jerkwhistles who come blowing up the ramp and fire into the rotary without looking.............and you wonder how accidents happen.

Looking forward to hearing comments on EV Cars !
Specifically the home charging of.

My list of grievances against my fellow drivers is lengthy. Folks who blast through a school zone even when the sign is flashing 15mph. People who try to pass in the right lane even though it is impossible because a slow-moving truck is blocking that lane. It happens like this. One truck tries to pass a slower-moving truck and they manage to block both lanes. A line of cars forms in the fast lane. Some bird brain becomes impatient and rockets up the slow lane where they face a choice. Acknowledge their idiocy being stuck or recklessly cut in front of the other drivers waiting to pass in the fast lane. Then there are the folks who stop 50 feet short of a stop sign and think they are first in line to go through. People who come to almost a complete stop to rubber neck any police activity on the side of the road. Even if the cop is just sitting there doing nothing.

The Biden administration and the UN both had studies done on when we would probably be able to be totally electric without using fossil fuels. Both said over 200 years. Their is no way they will be ready in 15-20 years. What is there over 200 million cars on the road right now? No way the grid could sustain that. It can't handle what's out there now. These cars are in no way ready for mass use. Too expensive, too unsafe.

Here in Taxachusetts, the plan is to stop selling gas powered vehicles by 2030/seven years from now.

Sounds like a solid plan.

So in 2030, I'll be leaving this state.

Drives me nuts. They don't move over even when five cars pass them on the right.

Showing my musical ignorance, I don't even know what is "Drill." But I'm sure I wouldn't like it. ^&grin

No you wouldn't, it's crap which is also my opinion of Rap ! ^&grin

Ground hogs. Took three smoke bombs to get this large male out of his burrow in my front garden.

And I bet they outlaw selling gasoline not long after the ban on ICE sales.

Probably; people are saying they'll just drive to NH or RI to buy a gas powered vehicle, but what's the point if the moonbats in this state outlaw the sale of gasoline.

So much for all those gas powered generators people spend thousands to have installed; what are they supposed to do?

What a bunch of *********, ramming something down people's throats that 99% of them don't want.

Agree Mark, I'm getting a new car when I retire end of the year, and it's not going to be an ev.

I can see severe power shortages ahead with increasing electrification of transport combined with increased reliance on Green energy. If they switched more towards nuclear energy like France we may have a solution for the increased number of electric vehicles, but Nooo that's too scary {eek3}

Yes I'm 67 and I'm not getting and EV either. I figure my next vehicle will be my last. Agree with you on nuclear power. Saw a Tesla down in Florida on tv this morning and where it was in flood water it caught fire and they couldn't put it out, it would flare up every time they thought it was out so they ended up letting it burn out on it's own. They think that salt water was the cause.

I don't have any problem with EVs except for the price. But the cost of everything is outrageous. I'm not sure how the average person is surviving. With that said, every hotel, plane, and vacation area are jam packed no matter the cost. People are still spending money like crazy. Credit card debt is at record highs.

I've heard some banks will no longer finance loans for ICE vehicles after the ban.

That's why we have to get rid of these nuts come election time. The people that want all this can't take care of themselves but are going to save the planet. yeah right.:rolleyes2:

The LA Times has a story today about all the mistakes that are being made by pharmacies. They estimate that around 10K Americans die every year after receiving the wrong prescription. And that's only the ones they know about. Countless others could die and the mistake never comes to light. Similar circumstance with hospitals. All these places are now understaffed compounding the problem. I know kids out of high school that are working in a local pharmacy.

This has really made my day.

We are over twenty years down the road from 9/11 and the US military is still holding prisoners in relation to attack without trying them. If any of these prisoners are guilty of conspiring to commit the terrorist attack they should be tried and executed. If they are not guilty or there is insufficient evidence to convict them, they should be released. The latest is that the military is trying to cut a plea deal with the alleged "mastermind" of 9/11. Good grief. Given the track record of the US government recently, it would not surprise me if many of the people held in custody for two decades had little or nothing to do with the attack. And for those that did, the government is apparently afraid of retaliation for executing them.
