The Oscars.

Against my better judgement I watched a highlight clip on YouTube, shut it off after about 20 seconds.

What a bunch of virtue signaling morons Hollywood has become.

Since 2009/The Hurt Locker, the only movie I've seen that won best picture was 2018's Green Book, imagine the winner last night glorifies domestic terrorism.

I hope the ratings last night were a dumpster fire.

Did you expect any different? You are illuminating the definition of insanity..........doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result! That is what Hollywood has become to me.

The movie they gave all the awards to IMO was a terrible movie and not just because of subject. I found it to be ad nauseum and just not entertaining. I guess that is what makes an award winner in their eyes.

What's even more off putting are all the "requirements" a picture has to have just to get nominated.

That movie was unwatchable. Same as that one the Brutalist form a couple of years ago. Got through about ten minutes and then turned it off.
