Nice scene Robin.

Is it just me or do some of the crowd look seditious, I'm expecting a sneak attack by the PFJ at any minute {eek3}

Take my wife but not the donkey................{sm5}
Great idea and setup mate.

hey robin ,thats looks impressive your leaving yourself with now to go ,you going to need real water next shoot to keep this standard up graham

Not much chance of that considering South Australia is the driest state in the driest continent in the world (fact), so cannot use real water, besides the figures might rust. Cheers, Robin.

To get a new set and add it to our collections is fantastic....to purchase them on a cast stage, do historical research as to the campaigns they took part, what Regiments were on site and then decide what they will look like when finished is even more challenging and exciting......more even so if you:

(1) Fortunate to tap into a situation where casts are still sold.....With all this China mass market stuff, getting nice casts or ask the casts to be set in certain fashion are as rare as a Dodo bird...
(2) If you have the painting skills.....Great! Better still if you have a friend who has the skill.....you keep the friendship flowing, discuss with him on the outcome of the project and see the final master piece!

Attached are samples of my last acquisitions that came in as un assembled castings and my good friend Obee applied his master skills and gave them life!!

Robin

Very creative use of your IC and LoJ pieces. Thank you for sharing :smile2:

Say ... the escort for these valuable war supplies seems a bit thin ?
Are you going to ask Andy for some marching infantry and mounted cavalry ? {sm4} You'll get my unreserved support.

Can't wait to get my paws on the new 3 Kingdoms infantry.

Thanks for the support, yes I am really into both these series, ordered a heap of the IC guards, working my way thru 18 dvd's on 3 Kingdoms 70 hours. Would love to ask Andy for more IC, but quite frankly with all the flak about Stuka's, Market Garden and all the other pressures put on him from the forum, I just do not have the heart to request anything. I intend just to reply on the fact the series is getting attention and will continue to expand by the people in charge.
Please look into this thread in the next few days, when IC go to war.
Cheers,
Robin.
