time on my hands at last (2 Viewers)

As the British column moves up towards Isandlwana, the injured continue to be sent back to the hospital at Rorke's Drift in ever growing numbers, cheers, Robin.

Yep this it Howard, very happy with it. The roof building is removable and the upper floor to reveal inside, ladder stairway. The rear is a mirror image to the front, except the two doors on the back outer edge are glued shut and open on the front. The central gates front and back are on hinges. The main structure is plaster, with the side stairs being a separate structure that abut the building on both sides, this reduces the weight. My local guy has some talent, but is only doing this as hobby for me only, he is working a two more projects I have set him, expected over the next 6 months. Cheers, Robin.

No she holds her age well, but the palm tree grew in that time, talk about slow growing though. No doubt you have these camels in your sights Wayne, cheers, Robin.

Robin, the camel corps are what I call 'cool' and saving my pennies right now to get them or Santa may yet smile upon me with some. I hope you enjoyed the birthday mate.
Wayne.

Thanks Wayne, you will not be sorry, these are stand out pieces for this series. A few years ago I was finding it difficult to find camels in this hobby and now they are coming from every where. Yes I did enjoy yesterday, but it's easy to forget about and make it all about Christmas drinks instead, who wants to be a year older. You will need to save dollars as you will never make it with pennies. Cheers, Robin.

TO be honest mate Ive avoided the ALH series as i can't afford it,but like the JJD ww1 planes its getting hard to ignore.

Thanks Mitch & Graham, I am wrapped in both these series so combining them in this fashion is a lot of fun, the name of the game. Cheers, Robin.

The endless desert 1917, cheers, Robin.

Nice pic's Robin and having been to the pyramids, it is very much an endless desert behind them although on the other side of the pyramids it is an urban chaos!!!
