Lt.
Nice picture and awesome background. Was this a re-enctment shot?
Too bad your mounted redcoat is facing the wrong way on the Fugitive's Trail, and is wearing red. He'll never make it to the river!:D
What regiment is he , 24th?
Mike

Here are two examples of the bugle boys carrying helmetfuls of ammo out to the front lines...One has a tan, the other white helmet, head cocked on one, uniform changes, etc... Len was a busy man!

and this is HZ29 Deadly Impact

Thanks for that Joe, the two 24th figures look so similar;)

Cheers

Martyn:)

In HZ 29 (Deadly impact) the bayonet is drenched in blood and there is a hole in the Zulu's abdominal wall to lodge it in. The Zulu has been skewered good and proper. So it is a bit of a blood thirsty set.

Here they are side by side

Thanks for the comparison pictures Joe and thanks also Damian for the set description, one I need to find;)

Cheers

Martyn:)

Damian do you have the set? Here's a copy of a supplement cover I got from Len with the last order I received from him and he's featuring the figures in the thrid photo as set HZ29 "Deadly Impact" is it another of his changing of figures from his original........The Lt.

Gents,
I have had this for a while and have not thought about it 'till now. It is a plaque with attached 24th Regiment cap badge that I got from David Haskell in the UK. On the back it has the label that mentions Barry Workshops under the Trophy of Wales Company. Does anyone know about this address, as being early or late, or anything at all about this plaque that can add to my knowledge about it. Thanks in advance, fellow Men of Harlech!
Mike

Joe , it is packed away. I remember wondering why there was a hole in teh Zulu when I first opened it. The bayonet is supposed to fit into the hole. Unfortunately my redcoats bayonet has snaped off and is need of repair.
