Yes it does mate , K&C even have the fishplates showing on the tail witch was to stop the tail falling of{eek3}^&cool

The pics of the upcoming Typhoon in the new Collectors Quarterly makes this aircraft a "Will Have" item ! ^&grin

Wondering if the just announced brutally high price for the Typhoon is going to change any "must have" minds on this piece. It sure changed mine. I was expecting something in the area of $275, considering that the just released P-47 was $259. The Typhoon is a large piece, with a complicated array of weapons and paint, and a gorgeous job overall, but $369? That's twice as much as the earlier (but not ancient) Spitfires. I find the $110 jump from the P-47 to the Typhoon just way too much to swallow. Think I'll stick to Tiger tanks and bi-planes.:rolleyes2: -- Al

This will be my biggest purchase this year, yes its a lot of money but I've been wanting K&C to make this for ages and now its here I really want it. I'll probably have to put other purchases off for sometime but it is a must buy. I'll have to pick off the ground crew one at a time over the coming year or so, it sure will look good when its all complete with figures and Bowser etc.

I know the price is a bit tough to swallow but, along with the Desert Me 109, it looks like the best one yet. It's an easy decision for me because I have the wooden one but if I didn't I would be hard pressed to pass.

The high price of this plane does change my mind. I was planning to get it and was hoping it would be under $300. So it's just too much money for a single plane. Too bad for me.

As I recall this is a very large fighter, I'm sure it will be the largest and heaviest Polybird so far, add a huge weapons package and you'll probably get a more representitive reason for the higher cost. That being said, a Stuka would be larger still, are you boys ready for the pricing on that?^&confuse{sm2}

I'm sorry to say the K&C Me 262 is bigger than the Hawker Typhoon so it not a size thing & the Me 262 came with bombs

The price changed my mind. There are just so many interesting things out there. It is a beauty, but I will think about that price too much to pull the trigger. I really wanted a Stuka too, but at this kind of price - probably not. If I only bought planes or RAF, then I would buy it anyway because it would look so amazing sitting on my shelf.

I love this plane{sm4}best so far
But this will be the only polystone plane i wont have in my collection :(
I will be purchasing the vehicles if the RAF vehicles when they come out^&cool

The Me 262 was $239....Now the Typhoon is at $369...No Way....Sorry but price is out of control and for me not justifiable.....I was exspecting $300 or so.....For getta-bout it:rolleyes:

Well the UK price for the Hawker Typhoon Is £362.95 make it cost more than the bigger Figarti He 219 ^&confuse

I guess it is a painfull analogy when you compare the price of the Typhoon to buying 2 Spitfires, but taking into account the larger size,externally mounted armaments, etc.... The cost of this beauty will come to light once buyers start picking these up and posting comments the Typhoon will sway the weary buyers into submission. At least those on the fence about getting it. I am still getting the Typhoon,although not "Thrilled" about the cost.I think once this aircraft is in the hand of the collector the price point will drop off from the thought process.

Well the Typhoon about the same size as a P47 so your paying a extra £100.00 for the rockets going by K&C UK
