I'm almost at the same point. Too many characters that I liked are gone while too many I don't care about remain. Only Darryl and Carol and maybe arch-villan Negan still hold my interest. Losing Rick really kind of killed the show for me although I do want to see what they do with the Negan character. -- AlI’m not sure I’m in for this show anymore.

Although there has been a lot of water under the bridge, I could see Negan becoming a leader against the threat the Whisperers represent, maybe even being the catalyst to the defeat of the Whisperers, but still being unable to live with the group because of past deeds. Sort of a 'the enemy of my enemy is my friend' arrangement. -- AlTo make the show more interesting, they need to give him more of a central role than he had last season.
So who got killed, those 2 girls who I don't even remember what their names are.And they destroyed the Carol character.

Underwhelming episode. Most of it took place in darkness of caves and as a result I couldn't tell what was going on most of the time. Writers were really reaching in this one and the 'meeting' between Alpha and Negan was really gross and unnecessary. I can't unsee that scene.{sm2} -- Al
