I made the mistake of trying to watch the spin off Walking Dead: World Beyond. What a train wreck. Boring, annoying, stereotypical PC characters. Poor acting. It makes Fear the Walking Dead look like Citizen Kane. It's like a rejected show from Nickelodeon. Awful.
Been watching these extra episodes. They started off decent, the one 2 weeks ago was very good but last week's was horrible.I can't stand that Princess character.

This show has basically played out. The Princess episode was boring. The guys in the white stormtrooper outfits from Star Wars was a silly. I even have trouble maintaining any interest in Daryl and Carol. All that moping around is wearing thin. I still watch it but not with any enthusiasm.
Yep. Last night's episode was agony. Actually couldn't see the reason for it as nothing happened nor was there any advance in the plot. Waste of time and effort. At least the sneak preview of next week's finale had some promise as it seemed centered on Negan and his back story. -- AlBORING,BORING,BORING! Carol and Daryll are good supporting characters but a spin off with those 2 as the lead isn't going to make it. The best character on the show is Negan.

Found this Negan episode worth while and actually interesting. Good backstory stuff but I found myself wondering why it took so long to do Negan's background. Didn't take so long a time to do The Governor's backstory. Guess the writers weren't served by eliciting possible sympathy for someone they needed to be so bad. At any rate, Negan remains the most interesting of the remaining characters. -- Al
LoL. Negan, the proverbial misunderstood hero with a heart of gold. Right. That dog don't hunt. Maybe things will get back to normal if Negan has to (or wants to), kill Maggie next season. Now that would be a twist to be proud of. Can't stand Maggie anyway. {sm3} -- AlYes, I agree that Negan is about the only compelling character left on the show, but that scene with him crying at the discovery of his dead zombie wife while they played "You Are So Beautiful" was laugh out loud bad. Like something from Ed Wood. I almost couldn't believe that was happening. It does disturb me a bit that they are making Negan out as a charming misunderstood hero who just happened to beat some folks to death with a baseball bat. I'm sure every guy on death row has a sob story about something bad that happened to them, but that doesn't mean they are sympathetic. I keep imagine the woke types watching this and coming to the conclusion that someone who commits heinous crimes can be redeemed with a little understanding.
Walter White is the main character in a cable series called 'Breaking Bad', which ran for 5 seasons (2008-2013) and had 62 episodes. It is about a high school chemistry teacher who is diagnosed with terminal cancer and the ensuing journey he follows to secure a future for his family by turning his chemistry knowledge toward the dark side and becoming a huge drug czar cooking a highly pure form of meth. It is a tremendously entertaining, if very dark, series. The reference to Walter White is because the leader of the Reapers, Pope, is played by Richie Coster, who seems to be channeling WW in terms of his physical looks. Maybe it's just me, but I found the resemblance uncanny. -- AlYeah I've been watching but who is Walter White?

Thanks for the info Al.I didn't watch Breaking Bad and by the time I heard it was good I didn't want to go back and catch up all the seasons.
