What Toy Soldier items Have You Acquired in The Last 2 Weeks ? (1 Viewer)

You can count on that! Planning on doing a slightly bigger purchase this friday. Britains Iron Brigade firing line (3 pieces) and maybe a drummer boy depending on some feedback from a forum member :)

Sounds Great ! It does get addicting collecting. Enjoy

'Have a drink Jerry' arrived today, a very nice set.

Rec'd a conversion set of Confederate artillery crew to Union by Ken Olsen. The perfect addition to my four gun battery. Very excited to have this set of figs. Chris

RedBaron, a very nice haul of new items you have there. !

Just picked up my eighth Light Horseman and a desert village shop. I was not going after this range but am really impressed with it. I have been inspired to move beyond the Naps and go with the WW1 Britains when they arrive.

I have recently bought a few dozen Marx Battleground GIs
in the Mustard color.
These were the in my Battleground Set of 1959.
Now, I need some more Dark Green GIs.

That makes two of us!

just got the last two sets of K&C brit commandos I missed through the post today courtesy of a deal with Scott
Mitch

I added this ALH to the Collection, along with the Desert Village Shop, so I am a few weeks away from having a full size K&C charge! I added the Turkish Machine Gunner because I felt at 39 dollars he was pretty good value. This view was supported when I later saw him on ebay advertised as 'rare and retired'!LH.JPGLH1.JPGLH 2.JPG

Have just brought the K&C Desert Village Shop myself Jack, arrived last week. The whole desert village series has been brillant really and great value, especially when you consider the cost of the European village pieces....{eek3}

Agreed - it is great value. The building was the same price as the Horseman. I think the whole series represents good value, although the internal pricing still has me baffled. The Turkish MG is only seven dollars more than a Turk kneeling in a firing position. Being an optimist I see the MG as cheaper than he should be, rather than the reverse!

I will grab at least two or three more diorama pieces over the coming weeks. They may come in handy with my Nap in Egypt as well!

Hmm...now let me think...
