Basic colours added and these photos show how the dark blue tunic requires a second coat! This will be added whilst doing the touching up stage after the black cross belts etc have been painted.

The "messy phase" as I call it is over, that's the basic colour’s finished and as you can see I have not been that careful where the paint goes. I like to give the raised detail a good coat and then cut up to the raised edge with the second/touch up coat, so once the dark blue (for the tunic) and the pack/rolls have been adjusted this way they should look quite nice.
