March London show (1 Viewer)

Hi guys, I shall be there bright and early, hope to see some of you. Pity that Yeomanry Miniatures won't be in attendance, I understand that Brian Harrison has had a lot of health problems over the past year or so and will be in hospital undergoing tests at the time of the show. Hope he gets well soon and look forward to his reappearance.
 
Anyone going knowing definetly what they are buying?.I've made so many lists and torn them up!.

Rob, I think we all know what's going to happen. You take you're last 4 torn up lists, double them, then add two more sets / pieces and you're about half way there. :D:p:eek:

No idea yet, the Figarti Pz IV is a must- but otherwise don't know?

It may be an urban legend but I've heard that drinking beer through a straw increases the hit.

Is it just me or are things awfully quiet re this Saturday's -Yes this Saturday-London Show-hardly any info posts have appeared here for some considerable time.

Last year's posts- three weeks before the December show- I could hardly keep up with reading them all. But this year zilch!
Are there going to be any dealers there?, if so How many? Are we getting badges? Any special displays /treats??????

Or are me and Rob going to be the only guys there?

Hey Reb,i'm probably the only nutter going to be up at 5.30am!;).James (Easy)will be there too,we normally hear from Tony quite a bit in the run up to the show,but i guess he's really busy getting stuff ready.Can't wait myself.I've got to check out the following; K&C,Figarti,Conte,Collectors showcase,Britains,HB,Asset miniatures.See you there mate

Working out what to tell the wife!!;)

I'll write a report and hopefully some kind soul will take some pics,hopefully Bob will be in action with his camera too.

4. 'These ones are imported from China, so they're much cheaper'

Think of all those poor dealers also getting up early in order to set up their displays before the hordes advance upon them.
Nice problem to have eh?
I remember last year buying a couple of items as the guy was taking them out of the boxes. Strangely he didn't seem to like being interrupted!!
Any Treefroggers attending please introduce themselves.
I'll be the tall good looking guy manning the Figarti stand.
( Not to be confused with rather less good looking menbers of the Gande family...unless of course the wife is there)

RIGHT RIGHT SORRY SORRY.............it is absolutly manic here!!!!

The show is going to be VERY VERY GOOD and is looking to be the best March ever!

traders there are 240 tables full with ALL and this is a first for the MARCH show ALL of the global manafacturers there! All the Chinease painted guys are there...........and now with our good friend Clive looking after Figarti they will be at every one not just the December show.

BADGES FOR FROGGERS will be at HALL B thats HALL B! only as this is the easy one to control flow with.

Unfortunatly we have been let down (out of their control) by the reinactors for this shwo. It was going to be WWI

We have had a mass of enquiries from all over the world re the show so expecting again a mass of international visitors!


We are loading our vans now and there is lots of goodies and i now have the grey masters of the THIN RED LINE with me for display.

My new site TOYSOLDIER TV is ready to go live but we are tweaking it and adding some latest films to it first. The NY films are all loaded on there 17 in all and we thought we would wait until after the London show to add these in as well!

So with day to day running of K&C UK, Toysoldier TV and the Show it is very very busy!

Oh and Bob normally does a lot of shouting but he is in Bejing working with the Olympics soooooo busy busy busy!
