N.F.L. Season 2018-19 (2 Viewers)

wow...
unreal...
what a monumental blow job by the 49er's...
up by 10 with 6 minutes left...
and then a 21 point swing...
snatching defeat from the jaws of victory...

Mahomes is very...very...very good...at making come backs...
good game...

sorry Jason...
I really thought they were gonna win this game...

That’s the worst 4th Q I’ve seen the Niners play this year and I saw all the games. I’d like to say it was a learning experience but with 6 minutes to go they had the game.

A battle of chokers. Reid finally got one by default but they all count.

My God how do you blow a 10 point lead with about 6:30 left in the game, just inexcusable.

The play calling down the stretch was horrendous, then I remembered the 49ers coach was the offensive coordinator for the Falcons who blew a 28-3 lead in the Super Bowl with the Patriots.

That OPI on Kittle at the end of the first half was beyond ticky tack, that cost the 49ers a field goal at least, not to mention why were they playing for a tie there with 1:30 left and all three time outs?

The Chiefs got away with massive amounts of holding on the 49ers, Bosa was getting mugged all game long.

All of that said, they got rolled 21-0 in the last 6:30.

Just awful.

But hey, that halftime show with Shoshona/Sheneyney/Shabalabadingdong and J Lo slobbering all over a stripper pole was something else...…….didn't understand a word either one of them lip synched, but who cares...………………………..

That game puts a cherry on the pro sports **** sundae for me for 2019, I was 0-4 in rooting for the Warriors/Bruins/Astros/49ers...…………..just horrendous, thank God it's over.

time to move on and get started on next year...

I think you’re being a little hard on Shanahan. He tried pass plays and run plays. He should have run more because that was moderately working and the pass wasn’t. Jimmy G lost it. In addition, KC is so quick and fast, especially Hill, that you never felt comfortable with any lead.

Opportunities lost and missed and back to the drawing board. My son wants a new QB. Can’t say I blame him. Jimmy G failed when it mattered most, although on the whole he had a very good year. If it wasn’t for him, they probably wouldn’t have gotten this far.

That Kittle OPI was absurd and it may have cost them 7. Nonetheless, up by 10, one more score would have salted the game away.

I never watch the halftime idiocy.

After a loss like that it takes some time to sort out your emotions.

For now, all I can say is that on 4th and 10 with about a minute and a half left the Niners couldn’t even get penalized on an obvious delay of game.

The loss is painful enough, but worst of all, it was to Andy Reid. I might be the only person on the planet who feels this way but the sight of him celebrating brought back a cavalcade of bad memories.

it is my sincere hope that this Super Bowl is his last celebration on the field.

I still can't believe how bad Jimmy G. over threw Emanuel Sanders. That had 7 written all over it and the lead back.

Cowboy fans are everywhere. My son was in glory enjoying the agony of their fans. I told him, c’mon, that’s nice: they’re hurting and they’re people too. He listened to me as much as he always does: NOT!

Brad...

maybe you could post some pictures of your son's or other 49er's fans agony...
maybe some Cowboy fans would be in glory enjoying that...
just kidding...
I'm honestly sympathetic...
NOT!

Being an unbiased fan in this one, it was somewhat exciting. That said, I thought the 9ers had it with 6 to go. I think and again, this Monday Morning at its finest, but if they run the ball 3 straight times, it takes off 2.5 mins at the minimum, not to say I think Mostert finds a first down. Just me, but they drifted away from a strength. Not all Jimmy G's fault, O line could not keep KC from tipping passes as well as he was hurried on Sanders, probably wants that one back, he had him. End of day, interesting game.

Halftime - *** was that, I am sorry , but lip synching and dancing is not the kind of entertainment or talent I look for. The worst for my son was when Shakira had an electric guitar and faked that, I mean ***? Worthless trash, but that is what they are left with as there is not a whole lot of musical talent once you get past the rock bands (who are aging) as well as Elton or Billy Joel. I think Billy Joel would be a better choice for halftime musically, but then they can 't have 5000 dancers on the field........................Awful.

I enjoy the Super Bowl a lot more by not watching any of the pregame or halftime nonsense. It's ridiculous. Also mute all the commercials. They raise pointless questions like how much money does Bill Murray need to reprise his role from Groundhog Day in an ad. Did he blow it all? I heard he is going to make another Ghostbusters movie which means he is likely broke. As for the game, it was better than last year's snooze fest. The sight of Andy Reid standing motionless on the sideline for three quarters like a walrus in the desert while his high octane offense managed only ten points was priceless. Lucky for him Jimmy G. stunk the place up and the Niner D ran out of gas. I think the Niners peaked early in the season and it went downhill from there. A couple of injuries also hurt them. Still a great turnaround from the dumpster fire that they were the last few seasons. It felt like the best team wasn't playing in this game. I think the Ravens would have blown either of these teams out but they choked away that opportunity by not taking the Titans seriously.

End of day, I believe the 2 best teams played, 9ers D did what they were supposed to do, make Mahomes look bad. In the end, he did what he had to do, look great at the right time.

Ravens - nah, not ready for the big game and that is what happened against a decent TN team. Outcoached, outplayed period, The best team is the one who makes it to the game and wins, Chiefs did it.

agreed...at the end of the day...probably the 2 best teams played last night (Baltimore?)...
it was a good game...very competitive for 3 1/2 quarters...

the 49'ers have a good QB that can manage the ball...
a strong running game...
and a really good defense...
Garappolo made some very accurate passes in the first half...
I thought they would win...and am sure they will be around for a long time...

KC has a good defense...
and a really good QB...
who is fast, accurate and can scramble out of trouble to allow plays to open up...
with a receiving corp of Hill can run a 4.2 40...
it seems almost unfair...
throw in Watkins and Kelce...
they are hard to shut down...

at halftime...the analysts said that KC needed to open their offense up...and they were right...
but their defense gave them the opportunity to get back in...

both of these teams will be in the playoffs for a long time barring injuries...

If reaching the SB is peaking early, I hope the Jets peak early next year.

In the first half of the season, the SF D set the tone but in the second half, it was the offense and they wouldn’t have made it that far without Jimmy G. Let’s not forget this was his first full season. He should continue to improve, as should the team. I’m sure FAs will be wanting to flock there in the off season and they should be among the favorites to make it back. Other teams like the Cowboys will be doing what they normally do this time of year: watching the game from home.
