I feel like Ohio State is going to sneak in and I am sorry, that is undeserving if Oklahoma wins. Ohio State got blown out by Purdue and by all rights should have lost to the hapless Maryland Terps. It is a crock.
That said, it won't matter if Bama plays their game, they are truly the best team this year thus far.
As far as Notre Dame, I am not a Brian Kelly fan and really don't have much respect for him. I think he is a stain on the history of Notre Dame. As much as I root against the Irish, I respect them, but that guy quite frankly comes across as first class *******. The way I have seen him act on the sideline, in interviews is not in the rich tradition of Notre Dame. Love them or hate them, they are a big part of the history of college football. I really don't understand why they are not part of the Big 10, they truly belong in that conference. Of course I know why and that is because they have their own tv deal and they have crafted a favorable schedule against "names" that are no longer powerhouses they used to be. I don't know if I would call their schedule tomato cans, but it is no where near as competitive as the SEC or a full Big 10 schedule.
On another note, when the hell is the Big Ten going to realign their own divisions? Good lord, you have Ohio St, Michigan, Penn St and Michigan St all in the same division????
Anyhow, I put my vote on ALA...BAMA. Can't you just hear the chant...……...ALA.....BAMA.

A lot of truth here, solid points all around.
tOSU is going to sneak in, it's a crock, but this is what happens when you rely on polls/voters vs a true playoff system.
The way it should work is there should be 8 power conferences of 10 teams each, whoever wins the conference strait up gets into the playoffs, 8 teams, plain and simple.
None of this conference championship game bs either; Notre Dame doesn't have to worry about getting knocked off in their conference playoff game.
And call me a get off my lawn type, but I miss the days when USC, Nebraska, Texas, Florida and FSU were all powerhouses.
