Nfl 2014 (2 Viewers)

Another weekend and another 49er gets arrested.

Just a few days after the NFL enacted tougher penalties for domestic violence incidents Ray McDonald gets arrested for......wait for it, wait for it..........domestic violence. And to make it worse it involves his pregnant fiancé. The only thing that is worse than hitting a woman is hitting a regnant woman. If these allegations are true I hope he gets the harshest punishment possible from the law and the NFL.

It is getting more and more difficult to cheer for this team.
 
Anyone interested in doing weekly picks?? (just for fun) then we have a winner each week with best record?? we could have all games picked in by wednesday nite as there are Thursday nite games each week, but allowed to change votes on other games (Sunday,Monday games) up to Saturday evening, what y'all think? here's a quick preview...Sammy

Here is the stat of the week:

Parking in the stadium lot for tonights Packers/Seahawks game is $140.
 
I hope the Packers fans got a refund. King Pete put a beatdown on them. I was skeptical that his rah-rah coaching style would cut it in the NFL, but he is on a roll.

The Packers lack speed on defense. Teams like the Niners and Seahawks feed on that.
 
Finally!!!!!!!!! after months of talk, drafts, pre-season, etc. etc. it's NFL football Sunday in just a little while!!! good luck to whom ever you pull for as I'm hoping my Ravens come out of the blocks fast, a tough one with Cinncy, but if ya going to run with the big dogs you got to beat the big dogs, let's go Ravens!!!!...Sammy

Have to give Pete the poodle credit; he chews gum like a champ.

He sucked when he was the HC of the NEP, guess he perfected his craft at USC and his rah rah BS works in Seattle.

Hmmmm...good thing I don't gamble!! talk about missing the spread, alot of upsets to start the season and some major blown chances (insert Ravens here) to win late, oh well, one game down 15 to go!!...Sammy
 
Two things seem to be preordained in the NFL East, year after year. The Redskins will suck. Tony Romo will find a way to lose. So far, so good.:rolleyes2: -- Al

Great win for the Niners today. And I think the Cowboys are going to be one of the worst teams in the NFL this season. Romo looked bad, I mean really bad.

My son was pretty happy with the win but realistic.

Great way to put it. These first few weeks won't say much as the opponents are lackluster at best.

Ugly video of Ray Rice decking his girlfriend in the elevator. It is like watching Mike Tyson KO Pee Wee Herman. The NFL claims they weren't allowed to see it before handing down that pitiful suspension! LOL.
 
I think that is the NFL's justification -- and -- excuse for giving him a longer suspension because they are probably taking major criticism for what they gave him. I'm guessing eight games.
 
Rice is gone, terminated contract, after the video showed how bad it was the Ravens made the right call, wish Ray well, but hoping its a lesson that he won't forget...Sammy
