Nfl season 2017-2018 (1 Viewer)

Come on, guys! There's always options. Tonight Navy plays Temple at 8pm on the ESPN. Go Navy! -- Al

Unless you’re a fan of one of these teams, which I am, this was another bad Thursday night game.

I enjoyed it. Not a fan, but as a pats fan was rooting for the jets to get buffalo away from us.

Not much of a game so far, from the USNA POV.{sm2} -- Al

Al:

I have watched the Niners lose every game this season, most of the time they are behind the entire game. I wish they would put forth half of the effort that the midshipmen did in their loss last night. No quit in that Navy team. They sure could teach a thing or two about effort to the guys who get paid to play on Sundays.

I’m going to disagree Jason. My son and I have watched almost all of the 49ers game this year. They are trying and the effort is they’re but they’re just not that good. It’s year 1 of the rebuild and it’s going to take time. Hopefully they won’t play Garoppolo this year because if they do he will be running for his life with that O line.

Jason, I'm a Navy fan, but I enjoy watching Army and Air Force, as well. Something about the traditions involved and the fact that you know what these young men have committed to in their lives. The Army/Navy game is my favorite game of any season, college or pro. -- Al

I guess I am too focused on their mistakes and the lack of hustle when they fall behind. Plus, in the local media they seem to never take personal responsibility.

Then again, maybe I am just bitter about the 0-8 start. :(

And you are right about the O line, I wouldn't play him either. The same goes for Luck in Indy.

I know the Giants have major injuries and not a great team but the pounding they’re receiving today — 48-10 so far — is embarrassing.

If the Mara and Tisch families don't fire both Jerry Reese and Ben McAdoo after this horrendous season, they should have their heads examined. Reese is ultimately responsible for putting a team on the field with the worst offensive line in the league, putting extreme pressure on the remainder of the team, leading to an insane amount of injuries, but McAdoo has not exactly covered himself with laurels handling the remaining players.

I agree. Those two have to go. McAdoo is the reincarnation of Ray Handley.

"So what did you say to your team at half time?".................."Ah............................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................"

Wow, just brutal, this guy is a dead man walking, he just doesn't know it, Ray Handley was Joe personality compared to this nitwit.

I seriously thought I had hit the mute button by accident when I saw that.

I’m not even a fan and the packers depressed me last night!

I found it hard to watch and turned it off at halftime. The guy from UCLA isn't the answer. Without Rogers their season is probably over. Finishing 8-8 would be an accomplishment.

Last night's game was more than ugly . . . . I had a feeling this was going to happen when Rodgers broke his collar bone . . . . The Packers have no pass rush, no secondary, and no offense anymore . . . . very sad . . .
