Nfl season 2017-2018 (8 Viewers)

The best thing a Jets fan can say about today is that they are tied with the Patriots, at least for one week.

Ok Steelers are rusty as hell. They should have beat the browns by 40. Offense looked very slow, out of sorts and weak. Not happy right now.

Loved the way the guy on the NFL Red Zone said "And with the win, the Bills sit all alone in first place in the AFC East"................surprised he didn't follow up with "And if the season ended today, the Bills would win the AFC East"......................honest to Christ.

Ravens defense pitches a shut out, this might be reaching but in all 4 pre-season games (starters vs. starters) and including today's game the Raven defense has not given up a single touchdown, again I'm probably reading to much into it, but I certainly believe with the money, talent put into the defense in the last 2 years it's going to pay off in 2017, Flacco and offense was bland at best, but the guy hasn't played a single snap but for 1 week this entire off season, I'll take it as well as finally beating Cinncy in Cinncy since 2011.

A win is win, especially on the road, there are no guarantees. 10-6 should get it done in that division, the Bungles looked just horrible today, the Browns are the Browns, the Ravens will be their usual pains in the ***, looks like they are going back to the future with that defense.

There is panic in the streets here; if they lose to the Aints next week, look out below...............................................

The Giants lack an offensive line and can't run the ball. They are not going to the Super Bowl.

Have to give you credit, you nailed this, that offense is offensive, at least without #13 out there as he's a game changer.

Him, Sheppard and Marshall should be able to do some damage if Eli can remain upright long enough to get the ball to them.

Your defense is very good however, but that offense..................

Stat of the day: The Yankees out scored the Giants and Jets combined yesterday.

Redskins about what was expected, lousy. Ravens looked decent, especially the defense. Jacksonville a big surprise but Houston may have had it's head elsewhere. -- Al

This might be me but I had very little interest in seeing the Monday night games.

But the Vikings won last night!!!!

Sorry guys --- just needed that plug in for 'my' team ^&grin

I will give you that but would you have watched if your team wasn't playing?

I watched a grand total of zero seconds of NFL football this weekend but saw that my Rams somehow managed to win a game while putting up 46 points on the Colts. I think that matches their entire point total for all of last season. The only conclusion I can reach from that is that the Colts must be awful. The Rams are still wearing the old blue and white helmets but modern gold and blue uniforms. I wish they would pick one or the other. They look like a high school team that has a color blind equipment manager.

You are not alone; ratings were in the toilet this weekend.

Sorry, the NFL is just an awful product right now, I'm astounded that the owners gave that ginger haired stooge an extension on his contract, this league is in big trouble.

I still have no clue what a catch is and that God awful abortion of calls on the Seattle INT off of Mr Discount Double check was just brutal, a phantom clip and then one of the Seachickens players gets ejected from the game for throwing a punch that he never threw, the Green Bay player grabbed him by the facemask and dragged him to the ground and they threw a flag on the Seattle player?

Are you ****ting me, the TD did not stand, what a joke, Pete the poodle was all upset on the sidelines........................what a terrible league...................

Goodell will be in place as long the franchise values keep rising etc. And as Jerry Jones once said a few years ago in response to a question about what Goodell would be doing on a particular issue, "He will do what we instruct him to do".

That Green Bay and Seattle game was a joke. The officiating was awful and very one-sided. I can't stand Seattle, but that was just ridiculous.

I didn't watch Monday night football. I am not a a big fan of Jon Gruden as a broadcaster, which is too bad because I think Sean McDonough is one of the best play by play announcers going right now.

I think the NFL has a problem. I completely forgot that there was a game on last night. Never even entered my head. Not that I would have watched that particular match-up but the point is that it never occurred to me there was a game on. Thursday night is NOT a football night. -- Al

Watched 15 seconds. More interested in the pennant races and even bad Mets baseball than this matchup.

Wait until next Thursday; Rams at 49ers...........ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzz.....................I'll bet that there will be more players on the field than fans in the stands, who's the clambrain that designed that stadium so that 70% of it sits in direct sunlight all day long, just brilliant, it's what, 45 minutes from San Francisco?

And the Rams get to play in that dump in LA for three more years and the Chargers are playing in a 27,000 seat soccer stadium that they can't sell out.

Football fever in California; CATCH IT!!

George:

Levi Stadium is the epitome of NFL greed. Not only is not in San Francisco, once it was built the majority of fans who held season tickets for decades were either priced out of their seats or simply did not want to drive 45 minutes (plus another 45 minutes waiting in traffic to get in and another hour to get out). The majority of "fans" who do attend are given tickets by corporations and sponsors.

The Bay Area itself has gone from one of the greatest sports regions in the US to one of the worst, practically overnight.

I can guarantee my son will be watching and I will keep an eye on the score.

Jason, have you been to Levi Stadium?
