One of the dearest AZW Hand2Handsets for a while, just sold a few minutes ago for £227.22

Another interesting auction that finishes tomorrow

HZ29 - DEADLY IMPACT was the last official Hand2Hand set in the AZW series before the Company ceased production, not many sets would have been made. Currently at £88 and with lots of interest.

It's hard to figure out some of these prices. Some of the hand to hand sets went almost for nothing a couple of weeks ago.

I would have like that one but I was left in the dust.

I will check with my mate at the London Show, he did have the set but I think he may have sold it

It's got two bids already, I think I know who has placed one bid :rolleyes2:

I am not bidding on this one, but that said, as diorama filler it is starting out cheap! I would pay $50 for the water cart.

Only problem is that it's been reprinted and then according to the seller over varnished.

Perhaps Al has one with an original paint job to compare, the pic in the MKL catalogue is a bit on the small side

Brad, These are early versions which actually used in different sets before later this set was made up. A little apprentice is hard to find. I do not have the latest version.

Al, your adult Sweep must be a very early figure as the late 1980's catalogue describes him "doffing his cap". The same appentice appears to have been used in both sets. Looks like you have the Early and Late set

Thank you, Martyn
Originally The Sweep was issued as a part of very first group of the Trophy Civilian figures in a larger scale app.60 mm. I will show their pictures later.
Then a figure "doffing a bowler" was modified into "doffing a cap" and an apprentice was added forming C36A set.

Absolutely right Al, only 4 Civilian figures started the TC range...before it became a series
