Ray Donovan (1 Viewer)

New season alert! Just saw that the new season of Ray Donovan is set to premier on August 6 at 9pm EST. Thank goodness as it seems like forever since last season ended. -- Al

I am really looking forward to the new season. Even though the writers and creators do a great job of wrapping things up each season, there always seem to be unresolved issues with each character that keep me coming back for more!

And we're right back in the thick of things, minus a major character. Bunchy is still a mess, Terry has a new development, Mickey is Mickey and Ray is in poop again. Gotta love it. -- Al

It seems like the show will have us "filling in the blanks" as we know who is gone, we just don't know how they went.

That Bunchy is a real brain surgeon. Just had to have a chicken teriyaki sub...:rolleyes2: -- Al

And now we know why Bridget went to visit that guy. There are multiple, gripping story lines this season:

Ray dealing with the death of his wife;

Ray working for Susan Sarandon's character;

Ray's interaction with the young actress Natalie James;

Bridget visiting the guy who was removed from the donor list via Ray's "help";

Conor attending military school and wanting to enlist;

Bunchy getting robbed and his wife on tour with the luchadores;

Terry's marriage;

Mickey's movie;

Mickey potentially killing Avi;

Damon's father coming into the picture after being released from prison;

A long list of potential disasters... -- Al

All,

I have a confession to make. I have not seen this show. I know I should be ashamed of myself.

John:

I don't have much time to watch TV shows, but this show is worth an hour.

I highly recommend it.

Good lord, Ray's family has more crap coming down on their heads than seems possible. Even Bunchy is going to go over to the dark side to get his money back. And the FBI is going to want to talk to Mickey and son. Ray also seems a bit miffed at his brother, aka Dr. Kevorkian. What next? -- Al

Well acted but depressing episode. Need Ray to get back to busting heads. -- Al

Episode 9 and once again there are bodies everywhere. The Donovan's have the worst luck with people they meet.:rolleyes2: -- Al
