The great crusade (1 Viewer)

Have to say that they are some outrageous comments offered there but, I hope they were mates as we all need our mates at times. The comments don't surprise me as I was PM by someone on here that said I was a disgrace to the forum. Just morons who think it has to be ran in their image. I think its forgotten that its not their forum its everyones due the work of the Reuss.

I hope it means that you will continue to offer your work to the forum.

Peter and Shannon should be given Saint Hood, with how they have to tolerate other .............Oh I cant say any more...Let me return to the safe haven before I say something I shouldn't....you guys know were to find us.

Don't know how I missed this thread before.

I just saw it and one can’t describe it well. You need to check out this first rate production and how it combines several media sources together seemlessly IMO to describe a story.

Well done Alex and Nick.

Thanks Joe.....we are now working on Episode II, which should be out in May. We will keep everyone posted on our website and Toy Soldier Chat.

Although we don't post here any more, it would be rude of us not to thank the few of you who have acknowledged our work. Alex and Nick

The DAY OF DAYS for the Military Replicas industry is at hand.

Modified and repainted figures, and over 70 Scenes.......................... Will continue in Episode II of THE GREAT CRUSADE coming May / June 2011.

In upcoming Episodes BSP will get into what we are known best for, the raw devistation of WWII.

This is superb. No other word for it
Mitch

Thanks to one of our few Treefrog Fans......

For me personally this is my favorite WWII subject matter.....I have been waiting for many years to do something like this. These upcoming Episodes will get into the real meat and potatoes.

We have a lot of cool scenes planned !

THE GREAT CRUSADE UPDATE:

Due to a recent operation I am currently recovering from, and some big projects BSP has been commissioned to do, Episode II looks like it will be delayed a bit.

I am very disappointed, because I wanted Episode II to come out on June 6th, for obvious reasons, and I wanted to keep the timeline of future Episodes close to the actual events.

We will keep it as close as we can. Also new products have come out, which made us atler some scenes we were working on. Which led to drastic revamping.

BSP, with the help of our supporters, have a mission to carry the message of our hobby to other venues, far beyond the confines of this and other similar forums.

WHY....Because the more collectors, the more business for manufacturers and dealers, and the more they are likely to continue to improve their products, and give us everything we want to see produced, even in these hard times.

Many now clearly see our objective, and have joined us in our mission. We would like to thank them again and again:

HOBBY BUNKER
FIGARTI MINIATURES
THOMAS GUNN
THE COLLECTORS SHOWCASE
FRONTLINE FIGURES
BRITAINS
BUILD-A-RAMA

and we also thank our other non Toy Soldier related supporters, in assisting us with our mission. BSP will carry the message of our beloved hobby to the world, with the utmost in professionalism, innovative and diversified subject matter, and groundbreaking hand crafted visual images.

We apologize for having to depart here for a while, but we wanted our mission statement to be clear, let the dust settle, and return with our accomplishments and goals very visible to the public. With our integrity intact, and the support of thousands world wide, we will never engage in hostile actions again, no matter what is thrown our way. This is for pure enjoyment.

Respectfully Submitted

With the detail level that BSP demands of ourselves, we are finding that a two month span between episodes of TGC is not realistic. We should have known, Episode I took 5 months.

So we are going to change the format a bit. Video presentations are dramatic, but sometimes a good old still is well appreciated. We will present stills that coordinate with a upcoming episode during the time we are working on the particular episode.

This way there will be more continuity between the episodes. They will be presented in a way which will not detract from the impact of the video portion of TGC. We should have the first of Episode II's pics in begining in few weeks. Alex

PATHFINDERS

Pathfinders-1.jpg

The figures used here are W Britain, BSP repainted and weathered the figures, and added helmet camo strips and netting. This is a rare picture of members of the 507th PIR Pathfinders having just landed in Normandy.
