Tiger 211 2./s.SS.Pz.Abt.102 (2 Viewers)

Glad you guys like it.

For backdrops I've started to take my own pictures. This one is a picture of McMillan Island in the vicinity of Fort Langley BC. Once I have a good picture to work with I crop and enlarge it and then have it printed 72" x 24". This works very well for sky backgrounds. My wife purchased a poster hanging system for me which allows me to swap them out relatively quickly and ensures they hang nicely.

Wayne, I originally ordered these camo branches with the Tiger from HB. I expect any hobby store that deals with miniature foliage would be a source (i.e. http://www.miniaturetree.com/) but some of the other collectors may have additional suggestions.

I would like to get one of thevHB tigers any thoughts on who might have one for sale?

To get one would be like winning lotto, well almost...

I think you are correct. Even with pretty deep resources, finding one has become an impossible task. Some people claim that the 'hunt' is often better than actually getting it. On this one, getting it would be much better than the long and frustrating hunt.

Agreed Jason, i am not interested in trying to "hunt" down one of these HB Tigers, just getting one or winning one on ebay for a reasonable price would be enjoyable for me.

Yup, that is my goal too. I will keep trying, but I do not hold out much hope.

Just hope we don't end up in a bidding war....{eek3}^&grin

It sounds crazy but I would be ok with that, so long as you or I ended up with it. If you got it I know that it would be going to a good home where it would be appreciated by a great collector.

Thanks Jason and same thing if you were to win one.

The HB are so good looking especially their paintwork, would have liked these when they were first released, now too rare & expensive. Great to see them displayed. Robin.

Spot on. I was and still am a huge HB fan, it is great to see their items getting some display time, even if seeing them brings back all my feelings of regret for missing out on these fine pieces.

HB rocks with the Tiger alright and it's probably one of the most sought after TS vehicle out there.

Great pic's Frank, thanks for teasing us with your beaut Tiger! {sm4}
