You've got a lot going on in this latest Pacific set up of yours. Nice one Robin !

Steve

You have created a visual feast of battle action. Splendid collection Robin and nicely arranged. Regards Greg.

One day, when I retire, I will come to yours and between us we can spend twenty years creating dioramas just for fun :wink2: I asked this question of you once before...is there anything in the Hobby that you don't have? You should set up a Military Miniatures Museum, I have no doubt it would rival any other on the planet. I will be your director of dioramas (voluntary of course).....^&grin

Robin...

all this needs is a plexiglass top and a museum to display it at...
and I'm sure they would be standing in line to get it...

this is definitely one of your best...
so busy...
everywhere you look something is happening...

creating displays...
a labor of love that you are really good at...

Just catching up on another great series. Like the panoramic view of a large battle. Have to ask though, what's up with the horse? Chris

Chris, 90% of my collection is now on permanent display in my man cave, so I have to look for ways to use the figures as much as can in the diorama's I have set out. So artistic licence has to come into play a lot, hence a horse from the European theatre. The terrain I have used is actually 2 of Jakob's DDay works especially built for me, which I have converted hopefully to a Pacific island, using foliage to represent jungle. These days I have been fast coming of the opinion, if I cannot see what I have in my collection, than is it worth having, hence I have been selling bits and pieces and I am now very fussy what I buy. If the new item does not fit into one of my displays, than I seriously have to question whether there is any point in buying it. That said, I guess I would fall if a new release had the 'wow' factor, so as Andy would say...never say never....happy collecting guys. Robin.

Arnhem nineteenth September 1944, 74 years go. The British Para's run into stiff German opposition. Robin.
