Ouch, you've got to be gutted !
Perhaps you can camouflage the damage with something Robin like some smoke or drape something over it that resembles a scale parachute !

The layout of the village and walls makes for a VERY interesting display. Something new invariably appears as the diorama is viewed from different angles. Darn nice.
