time on my hands at last (1 Viewer)

Nice use of the animals and the Rovers. And what safari would be complete without a piano? Well done. Chris

Our expedition out to find NASA's space station SKYLAB when it crashed onto the Nullarbor Plain in 1979 didn't look anything like that !!!!

No hippos .... only some cattle and rabbits and much flatter and we had 4 x TOYOTAs !!!!

Nice setup and use of the vehicles Robin,

John

Intriguing story going on here Robin !^&grin

Looks like the Hippos are refusing to give up their bathtime to the Water Buffaloes and singing Mud mud glorious mud !^&grin

About the Water Buffalo's especially the one with the small boy on. I think that's going to become a sought after piece in the future no just by VN and SOHK collectors but by people using it as a wonderful piece representing South East Asia / Chinese rural life !

Thanks guys, always enjoy and appreciate your comments. You would have to know the Bob Hope movie to know what is going on here.{sm4} , Robin.

Hi Robin,
You never cease to amaze me with your original and most creative dios. That Vietnam Aussie Land Rover makes the perfect vehicle for a safari (x2). Schleich and Playmobil have nicely delved into the safari theme and you may have even included a few of their pieces.

Most enjoyable to see your images and the pieces you've included. Great deviation from war-time scenes.

Keep them coming!

A last visit to ' IN THE MOOD' with the club enjoying full patronage in all areas. Robin.
