2015 NHL season (1 Viewer)

Brian, since you speak of jerseys. You know what a Stanley Cup finals jersey would sell for? That would be the only good thing to come out of the Blues not making the finals.
Tampa Bay, no Stamkos now it looks like Bishop is out. How do they do it?
I don't get Burns & Thorntons beards either. But I guess if you are as good as they are you can do what you want.

I have no interest in seeing TB in the Stanley Cup again, after ousting two NY teams the last two years. Hope the first game was an aberration.

Panzer Ace, you guys should have won last night. One thing about the Blues, they will adjust and I don't think we will have another period like the second last night. Elliott stole one for us. Refs took a goal from us and one from you so we are even on that.
Can't wish you luck!

Agreed, as a neutral party watching that game, the Sharks were the better team last night, one goal called back, hit the post twice and the crossbar twice, unbelievable.

We'll see how it plays out from here..................

Gary:

Elliot is one of the most underrated goalies in the league and I think he was the difference in game 1. Also, I have to give credit to the Blues for shutting down the Sharks' power play. No one in the playoffs has been able to do that up until now.

The loss hurts but it was a great game and I think it is going to be a great series. I am already looking forward to game 2!

I feel like Judas by saying this. But the Sharks will win the cup. They look absolutely unbeatable.

It was a big win to even things up but I think this series is far from over. The Blues are fearless, they took out Chicago and Dallas to get where they are. They are battle tested.

The Sharks have played out of their minds so far but all the Blues need is to win one of three in San Jose and game five at home to set up a game seven at home. San Jose has struggled at home so this is still a series that can go either way.

With the HBK Line delivering sweet chin music and Sid shooting howitzers on his knees looking forward to seeing the Lord Stanley Cup returning to Steel Town .

Go Pens Go

To quote St Peter. I deny knowing the Blues three times!
Gary

It is way to soon to start thinking about the Cup finals but the Sharks are looking like the best team of the remaining final four. I will allow myself to enjoy the recent wins while not getting overly excited as the Blues are still a dangerous team.

The series is far from over. I wonder what the series would be like if Bishop and Stamkos were healthy.

PENS are in trouble, now have must wins, tough position to be in at this point!

Questionable move to change goalies after they have played so well. I have to give Tampa credit for hanging tough despite injuries and some bad breaks.

Every game in these playoffs except for a game one of a series is a "must win" game. As an outsider, and IF the Blues make it to the finals, I would still rather play Tampa. I don't know how they are hanging in there with their injuries but their run has got to hit a snag. As I just said another "must win" tonight for St Louis.

It should be another great game, I am really looking forward to it.

I'm surprised that both the Pens and Blues dropped big game fives at home. Things get interesting now. I can see Tampa blowing their home opportunity to close out and setting up a game seven. I think the Blues are going to have their work cut out though winning on the road and then at home. San Jose is playing some great hockey.

There is still a glimmer of hope for the Blues. San Jose was up on LA last year 3 to 0 then lost 4 in a row to be eliminated. We need ONLY 2. Having said that SJ looks terrific. To me their goal tending is the chink.
It's not over till it's over.

Every Sharks fan remembers that series loss to LA. It it still hurts even as their current run at the Cup continues.

Pens get even, almighty Game 7 Thursday. Hopefully momentum out of this game helps!
