How appropriate. I run across this just as I am watching an episode of Fess Parker's 'Daniel Boone'. I really like this. Great atmosphere of the frontier, isolation, and vulnerability to danger. The cabin looks great. -- Al

One of my favorite threads.The scenery is great,I mean it really looks like it's a forest.What I like about UKREB's dios is that he is not afraid to convert,repaint and use different manufacturers figures in his scenes.

Great Bob! I see that the bit of arm twisting (in the pub at the last London show) has paid off! {sm3}

The arm twisting was one thing Jeff, but putting poor old Bob in a head lock was a bit uncalled for. Not enough for me to put my drink down and do anything about, but..... :p

Nicely done UK {sm3}. You do have an affinity for Conte's fairer, and fuller figures don't you? Any plans to convert the 3 pirates?

Another nice installment to this early Americna episode . . . .

On reflection this is a better shot

Sarah's menfolk had been gonna huntin' for some considerable time when the dogs began growlin'. If it was Pa & Bro returning the hounds wouldn't have murmered.

Hell she thought it could be problems with those darn neighbours again......

... :smile2: Congratulations on these scenarios. These dioramas me reminded the scenarios built to the séries of television. They are bucolic. I liked. Congratulations scenes and models. ... Jorge. {sm0}

This is my favorite continuing story. I know he is UK Reb and all that but this is the best (in my humble opinion of course).

A small vignette for you Brad-Text for this scene not really required............. methinks! ^&grin

Main figures are K&C plus a couple of repainted Conte Woodland Indians and the damsel in distress was located at one of the London shows a few years ago.

Fantastic in so many ways: action, scenic elements, figures and building. It's like a silent movie.

The damsel is a key centerpiece as you see her horror and one of the Indians turning to face her. Not hard to figure out her fate.

Thanks for doing it Bob.

Brad

The landscape is unreal what a wonderful job Reb. The figures just blend in perfect. As always a great dio from You. Thanks for posting. I would say I was late posting this on the forum.
