Safeguard them from what? This garbage from Cali:
“California’s governor, Gavin Newsom said he would convene a special legislative session next month to “safeguard California values and fundamental rights”.”
This is setting up the deportation fight. The Dems governors are going to refuse to cooperate with the Federal authorities in enforcing the law. Like Gov. George Wallace standing in the doorway of a school in the 1960s when the Feds wanted to integrate them in the South.Safeguard them from what?
It's not going to end well. This is setting up the deportation fight. The Dems governors are going to refuse to cooperate with the Federal authorities in enforcing the law. Like Gov. George Wallace standing in the doorway of a school in the 1960s when the Feds wanted to integrate them in the South.
He could buy a lot of pigeons with $20 MillionWhat a hot mess that Tyson "fight" was. A travesty. Tyson hardly threw a punch. I know he is 58 but he phoned that in. The joke was on the audience. A new generation will remember him as a slow, old man standing in the middle of the ring while some You Tuber dances around and hits him. Tyson got a big payday but at the expense of his legacy.
I am amazed he was able to at all once I saw his legs. His upper body and mind looked great. Form of the punches he through were well placed and thrown with bad intentions. However, no legs, so all Paul had to do was stay away and try to pick at him, which he did. End of day, Iron Mike's punch is still iron, his legs though finally lost to Father Time as is inevitable. I think he still is the best hype man in the business. He draws a crowd due to his ability to make you believe. Gotta give him that. Any fighter that hits 40 is really done, it is just not the same as being 25, much less turning 58! Roy Jones called it out quickly and noticed the movement in his legs. Roy fought him in an exhibition 4 years ago and still complains about his head hurting from Mike's punches. Mike also moved in that fight, I will even say that if Jake Paul fought Mike 4 years ago, different ending. But at 58, I watched out of curiosity and nostalgia. What a hot mess that Tyson "fight" was. I read that they are considering an "over 50" boxing competition. Of all the sports in which that is a very bad idea, boxing must rank high. Many of those guys are already brain damaged. I don't exactly blame Tyson for taking $20 million to stand in the ring for 16 minutes but it was a sad spectacle. He should write a book or do another documentary if he needs cash.I am amazed he was able to at all once I saw his legs. His upper body and mind looked great. Exactly.Safeguard them from what?
To make matters worse he will live on at the taxpayers expense. The details in the Laken Riley murder are infuriating. The killer bears direct responsibility and will spend the rest of his life in jail (and why no death penalty?) but any number of government officials bear indirect responsibility. An illegal alien was flown at taxpayer expense to NYC where he and his brother (also illegal) were housed at taxpayer expense. After committing several crimes in NYC, instead of being deported, this guy and his brother were flown to Atlanta at taxpayer expense. Despite being illegal, the University of Georgia hired the brother with his unknown background to work on campus. The parents of kids on that campus must be thrilled that unknown illegal aliens are working in close proximity to their children. Those that assist in thwarting the immigration laws resulting in crimes are co-conspirators in my opinion. Just this last week the mayor of Boston and many governors have indicated that they will not assist and will actively resist efforts to enforce the law. These folks are obstructing justice and should be prosecuted.
The murderer opted for a judge only trial thus eliminating the possibility of the death penalty. To make matters worse he will live on at the taxpayers expense.
The death penalty might be more expensive but it is worth it.
