"The Last Viking King," The true story of King Harald Hardrada by Don Hollway
A friend got it for X-Mas and will give it to me when he's done. He says it's very good, and he's a Viking/WW2 fan. More of a reader than an History buff.
We gave him the last 3 Cornwell Viking books for X-Mas so we're evens. Hope you enjoy - who isn't interested in Hardrada?!

I'm in a bit of a reading rut right now. I need to look at my reading wish list and pick something. On an area other than the hobby, I want to read St. Thomas Aquinas' "Summa Theologica". This might be a good time to take that out of the library.

Prost!

Impressive. I was forced to read half of it over Christmas break in High School (the other half was in class). Some interesting ideas but not exactly light reading...

Well, not as old as the works of St. Thomas Aquinas, recently purchased John Prebble's classic ''Culloden'' for an enjoyable re-read as I await JJD's new Jacobite releases.
