    Ambulance and medical series?

I don't know, but I thought the new Desert Rats releases would include an ambulance and crew. Is this true? Anyway, medics should get more attention. Though I've seen quite a few medics in the latest K&C releases...

    Idea for new LAH set

My grandfather, who recently passed away, suffered in a labor camp in Germany. Though he did not like the idea of me having Waffen SS in my curio, he thought it would be the best for me to have interest in the history of WWII, so that I would know how he suffered during WWII. I don't think that...

    Hiroshima

This thread has been an interesting read. Just my opinion: I believe the A-bomb was not absolutely necessary, but it certainly speede up things. No matter what the cost was, much worse things happened throughout WWII. The A-bombs weren't as destructive as the air raid on Tokio either. In my...

    Idea for new LAH set

I think the sets are a good idea, but I don't think they belong in the LAH-range. You'd better make it a part of Berlin '45, because this stuff would be so different from the 'parade stuff' of the LAH.

What's your drink? cont. from Hx discussions

Don't ask me.:D You could say the same of the Dutch. Don't tell me you like Heiniken, do you?:p We have some fine beers over here. And of course, I regularly drink a pint ( drinking is allowed when you're sixteen: that goes for beer and wine), so I drink some of those 'national treasures' now...

What ever happened to HJB Figures?

Well guys, I've sent a message to HJB, and they answered: "please, simply one more while wait, then new figures will appear." Hope this helps...(but I bet it wouldn't) P.S. Ray, that's an awesome Greif. Some nice conversions...

Is competition good for King and County?

Competition is good for every business. It motivates the companies to keep on improving, and giving the best available. When a company doesn't have any major competitors, it will take the costumers ( here the colectors) for granted. Also, price is a good argument. Concurrence is the best for...

What ever happened to HJB Figures?

I've just sent a mail with the question if HJB will still be releasing sets, or if they gave up their range. As soon as they answer, I'll be posting it on this forum.

The "I got new K&C today" thread.

Boot51, If you want to see the panzer I "in action", you could take a look at the "Battlefield backdrops"-brochure. It has a blitzkrieg scene, which includes the panzer. You can see it at Bill Sagers website...

Would you be a collector today if ....

Glossy figures got me into collecting. First, it was all about tradition. But I didn't spend that much money, because 1) I didn't have enough (:D ) and 2) I didn't consider toy soldiers as my number 1 hobby. But when I discovered K&C, things started changing. One soldier became a bunch, a bunch...

    Waffen SS cuffbands?

Hi, I've been thinking about this for a long time now, but why does the SS soldier firing the panzerfaust in WS66 have no Unit citation on his cuffband, and why does the walking soldier with the panzerfaust in WS58 have "Adolf Hitler", clearly written, on his cuffband? Is this painter's...
