I haven’t posted too much here lately but thought I’d share a bit of sad news.
My sister just called me. My cousin Micky, who was my Mother’s first cousin, passed away from the Coronavirus. I’d guess she was around 90; she and her husband Bruce (who has a great sense of humor) lived out on Long Island. Unfortunately, he’s starting to show signs of it. The only person now left from that generation of cousins is her sister, who lives out in Arizona. A sad day.
Let’s give thanks for the little things and to each other.

That's double tragic Brad, sad to think she contracted the illness from an employee of the facility, especially if it was a carer.Thank you all. My cousin and her husband had been an assisted care facility for several years and I found out last night that she had contacted it from a staff member. Don’t that beat all? I’m sure that staff member feels terrible.
