Nfl season 2017-2018 (2 Viewers)

The only Chief I like is Alex Smith and the only reason I cheer for him is because I feel like the Niners did not treat him right after he was injured and replaced by Kaepernick . He handled it with a ton of class and for all intents and purposes he remains a class act in KC.

Imagine an NFL stadium full of both Raider and Raven fans; ideal time to run a "Show your parole card, get a free hot dog with the purchase of any extra large Coca Cola" promotion......................good Lord.

Joel Sherman of the New York Post tweeted earlier who would have thought the Giants and Yankees season could end on the same day. Who indeed?

Who would have thought the Jets would have a winning record. I don’t think it will last though and they’ll probably finish 5-11.

Don't forget the fries!! :)

Green Bay once again finds a new and inventive way of beating Dallas; aside from the 1995 NFCCG, Green Bay has owned them for 50 years.....................

I watched that game, and no matter what the score was you just knew that the Packers were going to win it.

Well, as Saturday sucked for me in College FB, I guess the Steelers decided to hand me a daily double. Big Ben 5 picks, 2 for return TDs, who would have thunk it? Well, I guess after 15 years, everyone has a bad day at the office. I bet the defense wanted to kill him. If you take away 14 points off turnovers and the last run by Jacksonville, the D allowed 9 points and under 200 plus yards of offense by the Jags. WOW, end of day, they sucked and lost. This season is quite nutty. I am not thinking post season at this point, if our O doesn't figure it out, we may be going home early this year, the trend is ugly.

Another banner week for the NFL: JJ Watts - one of the few bright spots in the sport - breaks his leg. A Miami coach tapes himself snorting cocaine and is fired. The VP leaves a game in response to the NA protest. A Raider's player almost gets in a brawl with Ravens fans. News about the Cowboys hiring someone to "fix" crimes committed by their players.

You forgot about another bright spot in Odell breaking his leg/mangling his ankle.

The other news is about right for your typical week in the NFL.

No, its even worse. Hall of Fame QB Y.A. Tittle just passed, rounding out the terrible NFL season so far.:redface2:

Many moons ago the Chicago v Minnesota game would have been a game worth seeing. Just checked tonight's score and I see the NFL has another marquee snoozefest on it's hands. Two minutes left in the 1st half and the score is 2-0 Bears. Good lord. The NFL is on a down elevator and the basement button has been pushed. -- Al

Hey, hey, don't knock it, it's now 3-2...............you can't buy this kind of excitement, the NFL should be thrilled to roll out a product like this week in and week out....................

And here I thought that was the Cubs' score.

It’s Tru—bear—sky’s first game. Definitely worth watching.

17-17!

Don’t like it? Switch the channel! :wink2:

More good news for the NFL: Harry Carson, former NY Giant and HoF player, testified to a Congressional Panel that parents should be warned about the dangers of playing football, that the sport can cause long-term neurological damage, even to players that don't exhibit concussion symptoms. He also said he won't let his grandson play football. The NFL is a freight train on a downhill grade, picking up speed, with the engineer asleep at the throttle. It won't be a happy ending. -- Al

Watching Green Bay vs Vikings . . . . . Aaron Rodgers #12 broken collar bone, possibly out for the remainder of the season . . . .
