Poll: How Do You Display Your Collection?

My soldiers are placed in curio's, they just stand on the shelves. But I hope that one day I can find the time, inspiration, money and space to build a diorama...

    Favorite World War II movies

I certainly love Enemy at the Gates, though it's a very irrealistic movie. Nothing seems right in it (from a historical point of view, that is). The portrayal of Vassili Zaitsev was completely wrong. But it still is a spectacular movie. So is SPR, but when your compare SPR to Band of Brothers...

    Ww 2 Collectors Of K&c

It would be nice: a flakpanzer IV, heavily camouflaged with branches, etc., a few crew members are manning the gun, and in the mean time, an officer and trooper take a rest while chatting about the tactics. But maybe I'm dreaming too much...

A recently recovered Russian T34/76 in German markings

Louis, here in Belgium, we mostly find bombs, 1st and 2nd world war ones. These are mainly found in fields, when a farmer is trying to spit his ground with the plough, and suddenly hits a bomb (luckily they don't explode...)! DOVO, the demining service of the Belgian army, has to clear a lot of...

    "Downfall"

Alexandra Maria Lara is mostly "hot" in Europe. If anyone of you ever saw the French "Napoleon" TV-serie ( based on the Max Gallo- novel), she's in that one too. She plays Napoleons Polish mistress, countess Waslewska...

The 2006 New York Symposium (March 10-12)

Brad, what are the poses of the panther crew? Are they standing around the tank, taking a rest, or are they leaning out the hatch?

Andy Keeping it under his hat

Thanks Steven for explaining :) . If I remember clearly, it was fought in 1314, and together with 'the battle of the golden spores'(it's the battle of Groeninghe at Courtrais, Belgium in 1302, where the Flemish had successfully beaten French cavalry. If anyone could give me the English name...
